A Clear Experience from the Start

BAZZ aims to provide a clear framework for organizing the relationship between clients and experts, including registration, verification, booking, payment, cancellation, and ratings.

Expert Verification & Approval Policy

01Expert Verification Process

All expert applications must successfully complete the following stages:

Application Submission

The expert submits:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number
  • City of Residence
  • Professional Profile Information
  • Required supporting documents

Applications may be submitted through:

  • BAZZ Registration Portal
  • Official Email
  • Approved Communication Channels

Applicants will receive an acknowledgment notification within 24 hours of submission.

Incomplete applications may be held for up to five (5) business days pending document completion.

02Required Documents

The following documents are mandatory for expert verification:

Identity Verification

  • For Saudi Nationals: Valid National ID
  • For Non-Saudi Nationals: Valid Residency Permit (Iqama)

Professional Qualifications

  • Valid GI-CMC certification (or equivalent approved certification)
  • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Latest Academic Degree (Bachelor’s degree or higher)

Platform Setup Requirements

  • Active Saudi IBAN account
  • Professional profile photo

Additional supporting documents may be requested depending on the expert’s specialization.

Optional Supporting Documents

Experts may provide:

  • Professional certifications (PMP, CPA, CFA, etc.)
  • Reference letters
  • Portfolio or project samples
  • Professional licenses

Submission of additional documents may strengthen the application but does not guarantee approval.

03Document Verification

BAZZ reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all submitted documents.

Verification activities may include:

  • Identity verification
  • Certification validation
  • Qualification review
  • Professional license verification
  • Banking information validation

Applications containing false, misleading, altered, or fraudulent documents may be rejected immediately.

04Professional Interview

Eligible experts may be invited to attend a professional verification interview.

The interview may assess:

  • Professional experience
  • Industry expertise
  • Communication skills
  • Analytical and consulting capabilities
  • Ethical and professional standards
  • Alignment with BAZZ values and mission

Interviews may be conducted remotely through approved video conferencing tools.

05Expert Evaluation Criteria

Experts may be evaluated against the following criteria:

  • Depth of professional experience
  • Clarity of specialization
  • Communication skills
  • Analytical and advisory capabilities
  • Professionalism and ethics
  • Alignment with BAZZ standards

Evaluation results will form part of the final approval decision.

06Approval Decisions

Following verification and evaluation, BAZZ may issue one of the following decisions:

ApprovedThe expert meets all requirements and may proceed to account activation.
Conditionally ApprovedThe expert may be required to provide additional documents, clarifications, or corrections before activation.
RejectedThe expert does not meet BAZZ requirements or fails verification standards.

BAZZ reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.

07Platform Activation

Approved experts will have their profiles activated on the platform.

Activated profiles may include:

  • Expert name
  • Professional profile
  • Areas of expertise
  • Industry sectors served
  • Professional certifications
  • Consultation availability
  • Consultation pricing
  • Booking calendar integration

Only activated experts will be visible to clients and eligible for expert matching.

08Escalation & Exceptional Cases

Applications may be escalated for management review in cases involving:

  • Suspected document fraud
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Threatening or inappropriate behavior
  • Previously suspended or removed experts
  • Expired or unverifiable credentials

BAZZ reserves the right to suspend, reject, or permanently prohibit applications in such circumstances.

09Data Protection & Confidentiality

All expert information and supporting documents shall be:

  • Treated as confidential.
  • Accessible only to authorized personnel.
  • Stored securely in approved systems.
  • Processed in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

Expert data will be used solely for verification, onboarding, and platform operations.

10BAZZ Rights

BAZZ reserves the right to:

  • Verify any information submitted by experts.
  • Request additional supporting documentation.
  • Reassess expert eligibility at any time.
  • Suspend or deactivate expert accounts.
  • Modify verification requirements as platform standards evolve.

11Acceptance of Policy

By applying to join the BAZZ Expert Network, the applicant acknowledges that they:

  • Have read this Expert Verification & Approval Policy.
  • Understand the verification requirements.
  • Consent to the verification and evaluation process.
  • Agree to comply with BAZZ platform standards and policies.
